Our international visitors play an important role at Progressive Greetings Live!

We want to make your trip as productive as possible, so we have set up the following facilities which will be available for, not only the show’s two open days, on Tuesday 29 May and Wednesday, 30 May, but also prior to the show opening on Monday, 28 May.

All international visitors will have access to:

• Two FREE private meeting rooms, which will be available to book between 9.30am and 5.30pm, on a first come, first served basis.
• The show’s Henry Cole Club Lounge, designed for the exclusive use of buyers, will be open for international visitors on set up day.  Complimentary light refreshments, including a sandwich lunch, will be served throughout set up day to buyers and their guests.
• The Henry Cole Club Lounge will also offer free wifi access to the internet.
• Just arrived international visitors will be able to store luggage here for the day if required.
• In addition, international buyers are invited to attend a drinks reception on the evening of Monday, 28 May to meet with the UK's key export representatives and collect their copy of the show catalogue.

Note:  We have two private meeting rooms that can be booked on a first come, first served basis in half hour slots, with the maximum booking being one hour at any one time.  Each room can hold up to 10 people comfortably.
